Teoh Beng Hock ! The Story Further Unfolds

The much long-awaited finding by the famous Thai Pathologist, Dr. Pornthip has been finally revealed.

80% homicide, 20% suicide.

Kudos to the Pakatan Rakyat-led state government for engaging her services as an impartial professional observer as we, the public would obtain a more true picture of the events which led to Teoh's death. Dr. Pornthip is very well known for her direct no-nonsense approach and her direct involvement has brought further credibility to the truth of matter.

However, sadly, it is also of my strong opinion that it'll make no difference even it was reported as 100% homicide, since we, the public would never see the light of day whereby the guilty would be charged and penalized.

In these trying times where misdemeanours, rampant corruption, mismanagement and embezzelment of public funds and the perversion of public institutions i.e the press, judiciary and electoral commission seem to be the order of the dark days, the finding didn't come as much of a surprise, as the authorities involved have been keeping things shady right from the beginning.

Judging from the handling of all other earlier high-profiled cases in the country, The Teoh Beng Hock inquest just isn't going to be effective for justice to prevail. However, what hurts most is that nevermind the Teoh's have just lost a son, brother, husband and father to an unborn child, they are made to go on runarounds in their futile attempt to not let their precious Beng Hock die in vain.

Adding to the frustrations, the public had to have their intelligence belittled by a higher official's audacitic proclamation that "the suspect has ceased to be a concern of the MACC, therefore lacking the need to even inform the police of the death since the victim's body was discovered outside the confines of the building."

WTF!

The question now is what will happen with this finding. Will it be swept under the mass carpet of misdeeds, like how all other important and substantial "Correct, correct, correct!" findings revealed in the country that have seemed to have decayed and thus forgotten with time? Will the finding by a foreign expert be simply brushed-off as not being "professional enough", or an insult to the professionalism of our local experts?

A comforting fact is of the slimmer chances that Dr. Pornthip would have less chances of being blown C4ed to smithereens or doing a disappearing act, not unlike our Ms. Tuya or Mr. Bala. (yes, we do remember them still!)

Nevermind how we have to go so far up North to criticize China for their human rights record, we just simply have to look at our own backyard to view all the filth of blatant disregard of human rights via the ruthless enforcement agencies.

"Possibly sodomised before killed"? ......another piece of sad and frustrating news for us Malaysians, and more so especially to the members of the Teoh family.

Supporting the government of today is to support all the injustices and absolve the guilty parties of any wrongdoing, don't you agree?

"Walk on a trail of loving kindness
Walk on a path of compassion
And all else around you will be beautiful."
Every Blessing

my deepest wishes to him and his family... even the famous Thai pathologist said so, what more can we argue if they're so good in covering it?

Ichi ~ unfortunately yes. Plus, it's not easy to topple BN as they control East Msia which accounts for many parliamentary seats.

Medie ~ it's not covering anymore. Many misdeeds are blatantly done with public's knowledge.

Happy ~ Amassing ill gotten wealth of the country is to be blamed.

manglish ~ we cld definitely let our voices be heard via votes.

Anon ~ thanks for dropping by. I'm afraid you are out of topic. At this juncture, it has nothing to do with forgiveness. It is just about awareness of the govt's wrongdoings, victimization of Teoh and his family & setting things on the right path.

Incompetence? Ignorance? Cover up? Bodes well for Malaysia's forensic pathologists. Maybe they can learn a thing or two.

William ~ it is somethimes not that fault coz they may hv been "coerced". That is why the Sgor govt. decided to obtain the help of a totally impartial person known for her professional integrity.

SK ~ it's interesting, but I do hope they do not drag this case like how to they do in other cases. Imagine the suffering on the Teoh family.

Twilight ~ granny is back! as feisty as ever. lolz Welcome back! ^_^

Beng ~ the govt has lost all conscience. Justice to them is any judgement to their favour.

Julian S ~ hey, welcome back. Missed your posts. Sadly, more often than not, whatever comes from the courts is not justice served. ^_^

Dolly ~ yup, freedom of the press is not something this govt practices, since it owns some of the major newpapers eg MCA owning the Star.

Chris ~ yup true, sadly. :(

JustB3cks ~ I think it was a case of flexing of their muscles that went wrong, and it is crooks covering up for another crook.

Thanks guys for your views.
