The Drunken Yogi

Found this hilarious article via email and just couldn't help it but to share with you wonderful people. Who said getting drunk is TOTALLY bad for us?

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana is nice ... we also do that in the Pilate class... :)

I think it's gonna take me many practices to get that flexible. I'd do the Halasana for the occasional back pains.
